It's my pleasure to share my love & passion of The Maltese Breed.

Our location in Ontario, Canada, nestled between Toronto and Ottawa, offers fresh, clean air and blue skies with a stunning backdrop of the rugged Canadian Shield and rich farm lands.

We take pride in raising our Maltese puppies in our home with love and care. They enjoy snuggles, couch time, outdoor playtime (weather permitting), and regular bathing/grooming. Our breeding program is rigorous, and each young adult must pass Embarks DNA Breeders Health testing, which checks for over 230 known canine disorders/diseases. In addition, a qualified veterinarian examines them for breed-specific health issues to qualify for the OFA/CHIC certificate.

Our puppies receive daily attention, grooming, and exercise from the moment they are born. We expose them to different sights and sounds to help develop their physical fitness, emotional, mental, and socialization skills. They are socialized to the routine of daily home living, including the noises of home, as they are raised in our home. They are started on training pads and crate training before leaving, and weather permitting, they will have daily outdoor adventures.

We hold our puppies until they are usually 12 weeks old, or older, depending on their maturity, care requirements, and size. When we have litters, we carefully plan each one, choosing from our own males or a network of other like-minded, reputable, and professional breeders for a perfect pairing of parents that will create sound and loving puppies.

We do not believe in over-vaccinating our beloved companions, as it can lead to serious illnesses later in life. As stewards of the breed, we want the puppies we place in pet homes to also understand the potential illnesses caused by over-vaccinating. We recommend reading Dr. Jean Dodds' Protocol, which advocates titre (tighter) testing prior to further vaccinations. This testing is showing that puppy vaccines can last several years within the immune system, and further vaccinating could cause health issues down the road by over-taxing their immune systems.

To learn more about over-vaccination, we suggest reviewing the Purdue Study and U.K. Canine Vaccination Survey.
